I rented a dunk tank and slip and slide for a church event and fundraiser. They were supposed to be at the church by 10 so we could have it set up for the event at 11. After multiple phone calls and text, they finally show up at 11:41. Ruined the fundraiser as it would have taken too long to set up. They promised a full refund of my money and they left the slip and slide as a kind gesture. Except for they have not reimbursed me, has not called me back and has not returned my emails. Absolutely will not rent from this company again.
